Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by carrying out laboratory testing, monitoring chemical processes and ensuring products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring and maintaining chemical parameters across powder coating pre-treatment, tin-plating and resin filling processes
- Carrying out routine laboratory testing including chemical concentration analysis, pH, conductivity, temperature monitoring and chemical titrations
- Recording, analysing and reporting laboratory results accurately
- Investigating process deviations and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Making routine chemical additions and bath adjustments to maintain process performance
- Supporting continuous improvement activities to improve processes
