As our Engineering & Manufacturing divisions continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, account management or sales experience who wants to develop a long term career in recruitment within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
Working alongside experienced consultants and supported by an established client base, you will play a key role in helping engineering and manufacturing businesses secure the skilled people they need to succeed.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Work with new and existing clients across the engineering and manufacturing sectors across Yorkshire
- Proactively generate new business through sales calls, prospecting and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
- Source, screen and qualify high quality candidates through a range of sourcing methods
- Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to placement
- Identify opportunities to support clients across other Castle Employment divisions
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service, Account Management or Sales role
- A confident communicator who is comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
- A proactive and organised approach to managing relationships and opportunities
- Resilient, motivated and driven to build a successful career in recruitment
- Full UK driving licence is essential
