Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a well-established local business? We're recruiting on behalf of a successful family-owned agricultural business based in Eastfield for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to provide maternity cover from August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function.
The Role
- Producing weekly payroll for approximately 60 employees
- Processing purchase invoices
- Producing sales invoices
- Checking self-bill sales invoices against the company's bespoke haulage planning system
- Managing the ATF system for external customers
- Supporting the wider finance function with general accounts and administrative tasks
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous payroll experience
- Experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks
