Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a well-established local business? We're recruiting on behalf of a successful family-owned agricultural business based in Eastfield for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to provide maternity cover from August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function.

The Role

  • Producing weekly payroll for approximately 60 employees
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Producing sales invoices
  • Checking self-bill sales invoices against the company's bespoke haulage planning system
  • Managing the ATF system for external customers
  • Supporting the wider finance function with general accounts and administrative tasks

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks
