This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong background in manufacturing management to oversee and enhance production processes, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring that best practices are implemented, and production targets are met with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your key duties will include:

  • Leading the Production Team to deliver high-quality outputs in line with company goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company standards and safety regulations across the Production Department.
  • Contributing to the preparation of budgets and forecasting for production.
  • Managing Capex reporting and production schedules.
  • Maximising production capacity by optimising production schedules in line with master schedules.
  • Overseeing the production of both new manufactured products and after-market services.
