The Role
- Deliver hands-on training in machining techniques using lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment
- Support and assess apprentices working towards their Level 3 Machining Technician Apprenticeship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them develop technical skills and industry knowledge
- Work with a structured day-release training programme in a state-of-the-art training centre
- Ensure apprentices meet industry standards and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong practical experience in machining, CNC, or precision engineering
