A well-respected business in Malton is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join their team.
You will ideally have Insurance or Financial Services experience, but must have experience in an office-based customer service role and love building relationships with customers. If this sounds like you, it could be the perfect opportunity to step into a rewarding career.
In this role, you’ll be supporting customers and clients by providing expert advice, handling queries, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speaking with clients to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions
- Managing policy administration, including processing new business, renewals, and adjustments
- Liaising with insurers and other stakeholders to resolve queries and manage claims
- Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Spotting opportunities to offer additional products and services that benefit clients
What We’re Looking For:

This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
