A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large, well-structured finance team during a period of internal change. You will work closely with senior non-financial leaders, providing clear financial insight, improving budget ownership and driving accountability across a complex organisation.
What you will do:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Provide clear, proactive financial analysis and guidance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cycles
- Challenge constructively and influence decision making
- Improve financial accountability and ownership
- Lead on financial reviews, performance tracking and corrective actions
- Line manage one Finance Business Partner
We would like to speak with:
- Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Professionals experienced in business partnering
- People confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Individuals able to simplify financial information clearly
- Finance professionals with line management experience (We welcome applicants from any sector)
What you will receive:
- Salary £58,000 to £68,000
- Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- 14.5 per cent employer pension contribution
