Castle Employment seeks a hands–on Finance Manager to own the day–to–day finance function in Bridlington. The role focuses on producing management accounts, financial reporting, VAT returns, budgeting and forecasting, while leading the finance team and supporting transactional activity as needed.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience, strong communication skills and the ability to drive process improvements with autonomy. Manufacturing sector experience is a plus but not essential.
