What you will be doing:
- Supporting the preparation of technical proposals and tender submissions
- Interpreting customer specifications and engineering requirements
- Assisting with pricing and costing information for engineering solutions
- Working closely with sales, design and manufacturing teams to coordinate project information
- Supporting the handover of successful projects into engineering and delivery
- Learning how commercial engineering decisions are made within a real project environment
- Developing technical and commercial knowledge through structured training and mentoring
As you develop in the role, you will gradually gain exposure to:

What we are looking for:
- HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Strong interest in developing a career within applications engineering, technical proposals or tendering

- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Confident approach to working across different teams
You could be:
- A recent engineering graduate

- Coming from manufacturing, controls, automation, test, commissioning or building services environments
Previous experience within UPS or power systems is not required as full training will be provided.
