Are you a Finance Manager looking for a part-time role where you can take full ownership of finance and work closely with senior leadership? This Finance Manager role offers the opportunity to lead the finance function for a well-established manufacturing business, part of a larger international group. You will be the key finance contact on site, supporting performance, reporting and decision making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts with clear financial insight
- Monitor financial performance and support business decision making
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure VAT compliance and statutory reporting accuracy
- Support payroll and expenses processes
- Work closely with operational teams across the business
- Act as the main contact for auditors and external partners
- Improve finance processes and controls
About you
To be successful in this Finance Manager role, you will have:
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong understanding of finance processes and controls
- Experience in a standalone Finance Manager or similar role
- Confidence working with stakeholders across a business
- Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
- Strong Excel skills
- Manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
