We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing company in Scarborough. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, from initial planning to completion. This includes booking attendees, organising venues, designing event layouts, coordinating food and beverages, and gathering feedback post-event. We are looking for individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service, a commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent skills in coordination, organisation, and time management. A strong attention to detail is also essential for this position. Some of the Events Coordinator responsibilities will be: Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have everything they need at the beginning of their journey and continuously thereafter. Encouraging clients to register for their events. Coordinating with venues to ensure event rooms and facilities are set up according to requirements. Preparing handouts, booklets, and event boxes. Taking responsibility for maximising attendance and ensuring event rooms are filled. Attend the venue, help set up the event, be on hand for any requirements during, and gain feedback from the attendees. Adding value to the business and our clients by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies. Organising and supporting evening social events with clients to ensure they are well-organised and run smoothly.This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary between £26,000. Please note that you will need to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be successful in this role
