Castle Employment is helping a Leeds based school to recruit a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. The role involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs, working closely with teachers to deliver inclusive classroom activities and helping pupils reach their full potential in a safe environment.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, encourage positive behaviour and independence, and assist with social, emotional, and communication needs to aid learning.
