Working within a specialist programming department, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring work is programmed accurately, efficiently and delivered to demanding deadlines. The Role:
- Create and maintain CNC programs for automated manufacturing machinery
- Work closely with Production and CAD teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Support production operations by resolving programming and manufacturing issues
- Update and maintain programming records and material databases
- Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve manufacturing efficiency
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are achieved
- Spend time both in the programming office and on the shop floor supporting operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing facility
About You:

- Previous CNC Programming experience OR strong CAD experience
