We are currently recruiting an experienced and committed Year 4 Teacher to work in a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Bradford from September 2026. This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys being part of a close-knit school community and has a strong understanding of Lower Key Stage 2, particularly supporting pupils as they consolidate core skills and build independence.

Your responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Support pupils in developing key literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum skills
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners, including pupils with SEND
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the SENCO to support pupil progress
- Monitor and assess pupil attainment, using data to inform planning and interventions
- Promote independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
- Create a calm, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Contribute positively to the wider life of a one-form entry school
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2
- Secure understanding of the Lower KS2 curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
