Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We’re recruiting for a well-established business in York that needs a proactive and reliable Administrator to join their team. Please not that due to the location you must have access to your own transport. As an Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is working within a supportive and friendly team environment with the opportunity to develop your skills in a stable and growing company. Your day-to-day Administrator duties will include: Handling emails, phone calls, and general enquiries Managing paperwork and updating records accurately Supporting different departments with admin tasks Organising meetings and preparing documents Maintaining a well-structured and efficient office environmentTo be successful in this position you must have previous experience in an administrative role, be confident using Microsoft Office and have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently. This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary at or around £25,000.
