The role

You will be involved from early-stage process planning through to production handover, supporting performance, quality and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement using lean tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Identify and implement process improvements aligned to safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics
  • Lead root cause analysis activities to resolve non-conformance and prevent repeat issues
  • Support production handover through creation of job cards and manufacturing documentation
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure correct tooling, materials and processes are defined
  • Validate production estimates for time and materials with production leadership
  • Support first-off builds and ongoing process improvements on the shop floor
  • Contribute to materials review boards and support engineering actions

You may also have:
