We’re recruiting for an experienced Welder to join a well‑established manufacturing business based in Bridlington. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering consistent work, strong earning potential, and the chance to secure a long‑term role.

This is a hands‑on shopfloor role, suited to someone confident working from drawings and delivering quality welds across a range of materials.

  • The role involves MIG welding on mild and stainless steel
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Producing high‑quality welds to required standards
  • Working to production deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Shift options:

  • Days Monday to Friday
  • Nights Monday to Friday 17:00 to 01:30

Overtime available until 04:00 (Mon‑Thurs) and weekend overtime available.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven MIG welding experience
  • Experience within modular, chassis or caravan manufacturing would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to read and work from drawings
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and takes pride in their work
  • Ideally time served or equivalent experience
