Where You\’ll Work: You\’ll be based in our charming 18th-century bar and restaurant, which is cosy, dog-friendly, and filled with character. In warmer months, our popular heated and part-covered outdoor space offers a fantastic al fresco dining experience with stunning views of Knaresborough\’s iconic railway station and surrounding countryside.
The Role: As Sous Chef, you\’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food, supporting the Head Chef, and mentoring junior team members. You\’ll bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for fresh, quality ingredients.
What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
