Castle Employment Group is recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Scarborough. Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and Castle’s internal CRM
- Conduct candidate screening calls, interviews, and suitability assessments
- Write and advertise job vacancies across CV Library, Indeed, and other platforms
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate management
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the recruitment CRM system
- Deliver a professional, consultative candidate experience aligned with Castle’s values
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with confidence building relationships over the phone and in person
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop a career in recruitment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or a target-driven environment would be beneficial
