About the Role: We are working with a supportive and inclusive school in Scarborough seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor to join their team. This is a rewarding role where you will support students with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement in school life. Acting as a trusted adult, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
