A well-established and growing organisation in Scarborough is looking to appoint a Recruiter, offering a salary of up to £32,000 and full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and an early finish at 14:30 on a Friday. This is a key hire supporting operational delivery, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified and compliant professionals within a structured, process-driven environment.
The Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a national candidate base
- Source, attract and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Screen CVs and verify qualifications, certifications and right to work
- Conduct interviews to assess capability and overall suitability
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records and documentation
- Support onboarding, including contracts and required employment documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pool to support future and urgent hiring needs
