As the number one on-site leader, you’ll oversee all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business, reporting directly to the Group. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality
- Drive production improvements for bespoke machinery manufacturing
- Optimise processes, structures, and workflows to enhance performance

- Manage HR functions, including organisational structure, salary levels, and health & safety
- Lead R&D projects and innovation initiatives
