We are recruiting for a Customer Relations Advisor to join an established manufacturing business, providing a key link between customers and internal supply chain and logistics teams. This is a varied, customer-focused position where you’ll take ownership of customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, keeping customers informed throughout and working closely with colleagues internally to ensure orders stay on track.
