A growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a portfolio of commercial and mixed use projects. The business delivers design to handover schemes with a focus on quality repeat clients and long term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, tendering, budgeting and commercial strategy from pre‑construction through to completion.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, contract administration and negotiation.
- Oversee valuations, variations, change control, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Support delivery teams with commercial governance, risk management and profitability control.
- Produce accurate commercial reports, cash flow forecasts and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
