The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering accessible and engaging lessons for all pupils across the curriculum, to inspire young learners and have a positive impact on their academic and personal development within your classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Create a stimulating, supportive environment where all pupils can thrive
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil development
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Maintain a safe learning environment and manage behavior effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- A passion for teaching and helping young children succeed
- Effective communication and organization skills
