About theProduction Operative Role:
- Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
- Working with composite materials to create precise shapes.
- Learning to read and follow technical drawings.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
About you:
- Experience in a production operative role is preferred, but training is provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing would be beneficial.
Must be able to drive or live locally for this role. This role is commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton
