Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will be:
- Answering phone calls, assisting customers with enquiries
- Welcoming customers in the showroom
- Processing sales orders and inputting purchase invoices
- Arranging couriers for customer deliveries
- Ensuring orders are in the right place for customers to collect
- Handling other general admin tasks to keep things running smoothly
We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment, so this role would suit someone who puts their customers' needs first, and takes pride in keeping things organised. Full training will be provided, so no specific experience is needed, just a great attitude and a willingness to help out.
This will be working Thursdays 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and every third Saturday working 8:30am-1pm, earning an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour.
