Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
North Yorkshire | Upto £49k | Night Shift 7am - 7pm 3 nights per week
We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site, playing a key role in maximising equipment reliability and production performance.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Help develop a proactive maintenance culture and improve equipment performance.
- Work closely with production to achieve site KPI's while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.
About You
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Proactive, team-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
- Good communication and IT skills, with an understanding of PPM systems and manufacturing KPI's.
