Castle Education are delighted to be working with a lovely primary school in Malton to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 1/2 Teacher for a maternity cover position starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school with a strong community feel, supportive leadership team, and friendly staff who work collaboratively to ensure every child thrives. The role is initially expected to run until December, however there is the potential for the position to continue beyond this for the right candidate. The school prides itself on creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where both pupils and staff are encouraged to reach their full potential. You will be teaching a well‑established mixed Year 1/2 class and will be supported by an experienced team throughout your placement.

The Role
