We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Malton on a temporary ongoing basis. Supporting the technical team with day-to-day administration and helping keep important quality and food safety processes running smoothly, this is a great opportunity for someone to make a real difference. Working within an office within a factory, this role would suit someone organised, detail focused and happy working in a busy manufacturing environment.
Some of the Administrator duties include:
- Scanning and filing factory paperwork
- Logging taste panel results
- Recording and tracking lab samples
- Supporting the team with general administration tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with compliance and food safety administration
- Helping support a strong food safety culture across the site
About you:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working within a busy manufacturing environment
- Good team player with a positive and flexible approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
This temporary ongoing position will be working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours available to choose from, either 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 5pm with a 45-minute lunch break daily, earning a salary of £13.20 per hour.
