Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
  • 1:1 support and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities
  • Support children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties
  • Help implement
  • EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience working as a
  • SEND Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant or similar
  • Knowledge of
  • SEND needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language)
  • Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, Care, or SEND – desirable)
