As we continue to grow across Leeds, York, Hull and Scarborough, we're looking for our next Recruitment Consultant. If you've worked in sales, recruitment or education, and love building relationships, we'd love to hear from you. No two days are ever the same. One minute you'll be helping a school find a teacher for tomorrow morning, the next you'll be supporting an ECT secure their first teaching role or helping a candidate take the next step in their career.
You will build relationships with schools, speak with candidates every day, solve problems quickly and become a trusted recruitment partner. This is a role for someone who enjoys being busy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with schools across Yorkshire
- Speaking with teachers, teaching assistants and education professionals every day
- Winning new business and growing existing partnerships
- Matching outstanding candidates with fantastic schools
- Providing exceptional customer service from first conversation to successful placement
- Becoming the go-to recruitment consultant for your schools
Who We're Looking For

A Working Pattern That Works Around Education
Unlike many recruitment agencies, our working year follows the education calendar.
During Term Time
- Monday-Friday
- 7.00am-4.30pm or 7.30am-5.00pm
- One later start each week on a rota
During School Holidays
Enjoy a significantly reduced 25-hour working week, typically between 9.00am and 2.00pm, with flexible working options available. You can even choose to work your hours across three or four days during school holidays (subject to team cover), giving you more time to enjoy the breaks.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take extended annual leave during the six-week summer holidays, making this one of the most family-friendly recruitment roles in the industry.
