Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or SEN Support Assistant looking for flexible work in York?
Castle Education are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to work across primary schools in York and the surrounding areas.
Whether you are looking for regular work, a few days each week or occasional supply around your existing commitments, we can offer the flexibility to choose when you work.
The Role
- Across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- On a 1:1 basis
- In small groups
- Within a classroom environment
- With additional learning needs and SEN
- With communication and interaction difficulties
- With behavioural or emotional needs
- To develop confidence and independence
- To access learning and participate fully in school life
- By providing encouragement and helping pupils reach their potential
