As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- Work with existing and new clients across the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors
- Recruit across a wide range of IT roles — from 1st Line Support to IT Directors, Software Developers to Cyber Security Specialists
- Use your expertise to source, qualify, and place top tech talent
- Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in IT / Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong track record of sourcing, placing, and managing IT candidates
- Tech-savvy, with a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
- Resilient, positive, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Full UK driving licence is essential
