Head Office: Scarborough | Based in York, Leeds, Scarborough, or Hull (anywhere in North, West, or East Yorkshire within a commutable distance to Scarborough)

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

  • Work with existing and new clients across the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors
  • Recruit across a wide range of IT roles — from 1st Line Support to IT Directors, Software Developers to Cyber Security Specialists
  • Use your expertise to source, qualify, and place top tech talent
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in IT / Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong track record of sourcing, placing, and managing IT candidates
  • Tech-savvy, with a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
  • Resilient, positive, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
