Role Overview
We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join an established technology business in the Hessle/ Hull area.
This is an opportunity to join a busy technical support environment where you will help customers resolve a wide variety of day-to-day IT issues. Requests can range from straightforward password resets and Microsoft 365 queries through to more business-critical technical issues, so you will need to be comfortable prioritising workloads and adapting to different customer requirements.
Working as part of the Technical Support Team, you will provide responsive, customer-focused support while aiming to resolve issues effectively at the earliest opportunity.
The role would suit someone with a genuine interest in IT and technology who enjoys troubleshooting, speaking with customers and developing their technical knowledge.
