Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail? Do you enjoy working with data, spotting inaccuracies and ensuring information is accurate and well organised? We're recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Executive to join a friendly and collaborative team located between Malton and York for around 9-months. You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate data that supports customers and colleagues across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Interpreting and inputting supplier contract rates and cost information into internal systems
- Creating and maintaining accurate product and holiday records
- Updating holiday itineraries to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Responding to data and process queries from colleagues across the business
- Using Microsoft Excel and Power BI reports to manage workload and identify trends
- Working collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy
- Processing large volumes of information while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration or data entry experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
This role will be worked Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, depending on your availability, earning £15.07 per hour. Please note: This role is based between Malton and York. Due to the rural location, own transport is essential.
