Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail? Do you enjoy bringing order to systems and ensuring records are accurate and compliant?

We're recruiting for a HR Project Administrator to support a busy HR team on a short-term project for around 4-6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience or a strong administrative background who understands the importance of confidentiality, GDPR and accurate record keeping.

You'll be responsible for supporting a project to review, organise and digitise employee personnel files, ensuring records are complete, compliant and easy to access.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and organising employee personnel files, both paper-based and electronic
  • Auditing employee records to ensure all documentation has been transferred to the digital HR system
  • Identifying missing or incomplete documentation and liaising with the HR team and employees to obtain outstanding information
  • Archiving paper personnel files in line with company procedures
  • Creating a consistent and logical folder structure for all digital employee records
  • Ensuring personnel files are accurate, compliant and easy to navigate
  • Handling confidential employee information in accordance with GDPR and company policies
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team throughout the project

We're looking for someone who has previous HR administration experience, ideally with an understanding of the documentation required within employee personnel files, or a strong administration experience with an excellent understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection

This is a temporary assignment expected to last between 4 and 6 weeks, working 37.5 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is based in Hull and is paying between £14.36 and £15.38 per hour, equivalent to a salary of £28,000 to £30,000.
