Are you looking for a temporary administration role where you can put your organisational skills to good use within a supportive and friendly team? We're working with a well-established business in Hull who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for around 1 month.

Working closely with both the administration and credit control teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date while providing excellent administrative support. Some of the Administrator duties will include:

  • Sending copies of invoices and statements to customers
  • Updating customer contact details, addresses and account information on the system
  • Providing proof of delivery documentation to customers
  • Closing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting account maintenance activities
  • Ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times

We're keen to speak with candidates who have good computer skills and enjoy administrative work. You'll be comfortable working with systems, have strong attention to detail, and be happy carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Previous administration experience would be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
