Are you a motivated Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and turning quality enquiries into successful sales? With warm leads provided and no cold calling, you'll work with customers through phone, digital and showroom interactions to deliver a consultative and enjoyable buying journey. This role would suit an enthusiastic and commercially minded sales professional who cares about representing a quality brand and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Based on the outskirts of York, you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads and follow up on enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms to convert interest into sales.
- Deliver a consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Book and manage showroom appointments, providing a welcoming and professional experience for both appointments and walk-in customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage trust, repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups including quotes, measurements and appointment confirmations.
- Support trade customers with enquiries and product recommendations, maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activity, including WhatsApp marketing.
- Follow structured sales processes, provide sales updates and work towards individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Have experience within B2C or customer-focused sales.
- Build rapport naturally and communicate confidently.
- Are comfortable engaging with customers across phone, digital and face-to-face channels.
- Take a proactive and organised approach to achieving results.
- Can learn technical product information and confidently guide customers.
- Care about delivering excellent customer experiences and representing a quality brand.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will also be required to work every other Saturday and receive a day off during the week. This will be earning a basic salary between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience with the opportunity to earn bonus and home between £50,000-£100,000.
