Are you an organised and reliable Administrator looking for a varied role where you can support different areas of a busy business?
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join an established business in Hunmanby. This is a varied position providing day-to-day administrative support across the office, working closely with colleagues and senior managers to help keep everything running smoothly.
As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries, directing these to the appropriate person.
- Providing general administrative support including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying and preparing documents.
- Organising meetings, appointments, conference calls and travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports, letters, emails, presentations and other business documentation.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes when required.
- Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Supporting invoice processing, expenses and general financial administration.
- Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers regarding equipment and maintenance.
- Providing reception cover, welcoming visitors and managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Supporting senior managers and wider teams with general administration and ad hoc projects.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Helping to maintain efficient office processes and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident providing support across a busy office environment. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within an administration, office support or similar role.
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- The ability to manage different tasks and priorities effectively.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator who enjoys variety, likes being part of a team and is happy getting involved wherever support is needed.
The salary for this role is £12.71 per hour, equivalent to £24,784.50 per annum, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-11:30am.
