Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
- Interpret drawings, specs, and tender documents.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and lead times.
- Support bid submissions and value engineering processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and commercial viability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, commercial and fit out sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.
