Castle Manufacturing are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager. This is a permanent role initially to cover night shifts and is a key leadership role within a busy head office production facility in East Yorkshire.
The role:
- Lead, motivate and develop a medium to large production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Take ownership of shift performance, driving output, quality and safety standards.
- Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently, aligning with operational targets and customer expectations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Maintain a strong health and safety culture across the shop floor.
About you:
- Proven experience leading medium to large teams within a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive performance and engagement.
- Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
- Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
