We are working with a growing and customer-focused business based in Brandesburton who are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their commercial team.

You will be confident using the telephone to build rapport and generate opportunities, organised in your approach and comfortable using CRM systems to manage activity and track progress.
Some of the Business Development Executive duties will include:
- Proactively contacting prospective customers by phone and email to introduce products and services
- Building relationships with potential customers and understanding their business needs
- Researching markets, industries and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Managing and updating customer and lead information through the CRM system
- Supporting targeted business development campaigns to drive growth
- Working closely with marketing to nurture and progress incoming enquiries
- Handling website and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to qualify opportunities and support commercial growth
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow up with prospects
- Contributing ideas and supporting wider business development activity
We are keen to speak with candidates who have strong communication and relationship-building skills and enjoy speaking with customers. Previous experience within sales, business development, lead generation, customer negotiation or complaint handling would be highly beneficial.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. The role offers hybrid working, with three days office based in Brandesburton and two days working from home. Alongside a salary of £25,454, there is an achievable commission structure offering an additional £6,000-£8,000 per year.
This role is based in Brandesburton and is commutable from Driffield, Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas, however you will need your own transport.
