We’re recruiting for an experienced Welder to join a well‑established manufacturing business based in Bridlington. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering consistent work, strong earning potential, and the chance to secure a long‑term role. This is a hands‑on shopfloor role, suited to someone confident working from drawings and delivering quality welds across a range of materials.
The role:
- MIG welding on mild and stainless steel
- Working from engineering drawings
- Producing high‑quality welds to required standards
- Working to production deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift options:
- Days: Monday to Friday (Overtime available)
- Nights: Monday to Friday 17:00 to 01:30 (Overtime available until 04:00 Mon‑Thurs, Weekend overtime available)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Experience within modular, chassis or caravan manufacturing would be highly beneficial
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and takes pride in their work
- Ideally time served or equivalent experience
