The Role
- Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Working alongside teachers to support learning
- Providing one to one and small group support
- Helping pupils to engage with their learning
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence
- Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Adapting support to meet individual pupil needsWorking closely with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress
