A growing and people-focused engineering and manufacturing business in Bridlington is looking to appoint a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. Working closely with the Head of HR and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Some of the Learning & Development Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of the wider L&D and people development strategy across the business
- Coordinating, and facilitating learning programmes including onboarding, leadership, and professional development initiatives
- Leading and developing apprenticeship and early careers programmes across multiple business areas
- Building relationships with schools, colleges, and external organisations to strengthen future talent pipelines
- Supporting leadership development initiatives and internal programmes
- Creating and implementing career pathway frameworks and development content
- Coordinating internal and external training activity, ensuring effective use of budgets and resources
- Monitoring training compliance, reporting, and development activity across the business
- Supporting managers and stakeholders with practical learning and development solutions
