Castle Education is recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support primary and secondary schools across Bridlington from September. Many flexible placements lead to long‑term and permanent roles.
About the role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils’ learning while working closely with teachers and school leaders. You will lead learning activities, cover lessons and provide targeted support to help pupils reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of year groups
- Support pupils on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups
- Work closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
