A well-established manufacturing business in Bridlington is looking for an Office Admin Support professional to help their team. This role would suit someone who enjoys varied administrative work and likes playing an important part in keeping an office running smoothly.
Some of the Office Admin Support responsibilities include:
- Assisting with order administration, data entry and updating customers when required
- Preparing paperwork, scanning, filing and supporting with general administration
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries and directing messages to the right people
- Updating spreadsheets, records and internal systems with accurate information
- Providing day to day support to the wider office team and helping with ad hoc administrative tasks
