We’re looking for a strong Administrator to join the Bill of Materials team at a well-established manufacturing business on the outskirts of Driffield to support their team and help keep operations running efficiently, on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract. Due to location, you will need your own transport.

Duties

  • Create and maintain standard templates to improve consistency and accuracy
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries
  • Set up new part codes in line with company standards
  • Create and manage sub-assemblies within the system
  • Keep document links and system records accurate and up to date
  • Release orders in line with production plans
  • Support general system maintenance and data accuracy
  • Take part in project and production meetings
  • Work closely with the factory to manage shortages and demand changes
  • Build strong working relationships across the business

About you

  • Strong administrator with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Confident working with data, reporting and system accuracy
  • Experience working with materials, volumes or measurements would be beneficial
  • Able to interpret technical drawings or understand how parts and components fit together
  • Comfortable working across teams and communicating with both office and factory colleagues
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time role, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, earning a salary between £26,000 and £28,000 depending on experience.
